U.S. Army Space Badge
The Space Operations Badge is an occupational badge for guardians of the United States Space Force and space airmen of the United States Air Force while the United States Army version of the badge, known as the Space Badge, is a special skills badge for soldiers who qualify as space professionals.
Space Enablers are Army personnel who perform unique space tasks or functions or may require specialized skills to apply space capabilities.
The Army remains the largest user of space-based assets within DoD and the operational force's reliance on these assets is expanding at rates that challenge the force to remain abreast of existing capabilities. Space Cadre members can provide this level of expertise. Mission effectiveness demands technologically sound personnel, sustained by career-long education in applicable science, engineering, application, theory, and doctrine.
U.S. Army Recruiter Badge
All Army personnel that graduate from the Army Recruiter Course (ARC) or are assigned to USAREC are authorized to wear the Basic Recruiter Identification Badge. However, only those ARC graduates who have satisfied specific recruiting goals are authorized to wear the Basic Recruiter Identification Badge as a permanent award.
The circular band alludes to the continuous need of the Army for young men of quality in its rank. The eagle stands for federal authority and the upraised wings and flaming torch refer to the many opportunities for advancement through education and training offered by the modern Army.
Bronze Order of Mercury
The Bronze Order of Mercury (BOM) recognizes those people who have demonstrated the highest standards of integrity, moral character, professional competence and selflessness, and who have contributed significantly to the promotion of the Signal Corps and the Signal Corps Regimental Association (SCRA).

Awarded the Top Company (2009 & 2010) in the Houston Recruiting Battalion, covering over 23k square miles of east Texas. Built a high-performing and cohesive team of Soldiers that recruited with integrity while improving the health, welfare, and morale of the organization. Vastly improved multiple KPIs for Army Recruiting resulting in higher ROI, and preventing a loss of over $20 million for the Army. Recruited approximately 1% of the US Army's new Soldiers annually. Established a community covenant between the President of Texas A&M University, the Mayors of Bryan and College Station, the U.S. Representative for the Texas 17th Congressional District, and Senior Army Leaders. Created relationships with key influential members of the local communities and stakeholders in education centers. Established strategic marketing guidance, planning, and execution of recruiting operations annually. Managed operational risk as necessary to ensure the economic deployment of Soldiers, resources, and funding. Reduced the number of recruitment losses through direct engagement and influence in my Future Soldier Training Program. Prevented two catastrophes by creating and enforcing policies designed to manage operational risk and prevent burnout and fatigue of personnel. Built a Company Training Program that equipped Leaders with the tools, knowledge, and authority to care for themselves and their teammates. Created a program using Visual Basic and SQL that rapidly collected information from disparate data sources and calculated regular Business Intelligence (BI) reports. This reduced the amount of time usually needed to compile the BI reports from once a week to less than 5 minutes, enabling leaders to quickly identify opportunities and pivot resources within their stations.

Leading Organizational Change
– John F. Kennedy
About Change
"But Goethe tells us in his greatest poem that Faust lost the liberty of his soul when he said to the passing moment: 'Stay, thou art so fair.' And our liberty, too, is endangered if we pause for the passing moment, if we rest on our achievements, if we resist the pace of progress. For time and the world do not stand still. Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past or the present are certain to miss the future."
-"Address in the Assembly Hall at the Paulskirche in Frankfurt (266)," June 25, 1963, Public Papers of the Presidents: John F. Kennedy, 1963.
